We had an amazing time at this hotel! The lake view was stunning, the indoor pool and locker room were fantastic, and the property itself was enormous and fun to explore. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner, which featured both Chinese and Western dishes.
Liked everything! We didn't have any negative experiences during our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is located in an isolated area, surrounded by traditional villages and multimillion dollar properties. It might be difficult to call a taxi, but the Chinese restaurant Week-end Dim Sum seems to offer an excellent and personalized service. the breakfast buffet caters well to both traditional and western tastes, and the staff is fluent in English and attentive to guests' needs. Rooms offer amazing views of the lake and stunning gardens with arabic water fountains and sculpted designs, creating a unique and exotic atmosphere.
Some of the furniture and carpets in the room might be stained or worn out.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the Spa & Wellness Centre was immaculate, providing a relaxing atmosphere with a variety of treatments, including body scrubs and wraps. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were meticulously maintained, and we enjoyed the many beauty treatments. the sun terrace and garden area provided breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, and the heated swimming pool was the perfect spot for a refreshing dip.
The only minor issue we had was that the service at the dinner restaurant could have been more attentive. this was a small blemish in otherwise flawless service.

The hotel had a great indoor swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast and dinner had a good variety of both western and Chinese food. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to popular attractions and easy to find.
The service at the hotel was not up to par. The staff did not speak English well, which made it difficult to communicate our needs.

Nestled by the serene lake, the hotel features breathtaking view of lush greenery and magnificent architecture. the spacious room with modern amenities was just perfect for our romantic escape. We absolutely loved the warm, friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. the variety of food options to cater to different dietary needs was impressive. As a fitness enthusiast, the state, of, the, art gym facilities and outdoor pool were a huge plus.
The location can be quite isolated, so for those who fancy a little bit of adventure, it's not a bad idea to have a rental car. the hotel also lacked clear signages and directions which can be a little frustrating to navigate around at first.
